Don't get me wrong, there obviously is something to Pearl Jam that people like, I just can't stand Eddie Vedder's voice, or more specifically how he sings.

Portishead is probably consistently my favorite band, but I also really like Sigur Ros, Radiohead, Björk, and Jenny Lewis. I generally prefer female singers.

I can get behind Radiohead. Will check out the others.

I’m with you on that bit. When someone demands respect or even includes respect in their comments it turns me off. Respect is earned and never given. Earned by actions not words. And it’s not a one time deal either, it’s not one specific action but how you Act every day.
I’m just glad somebody finally let cops nationwide know they aren’t all what the media is telling them.
What would be great is if he was black. The black conservative voice is being deliberately silenced.
there are tons of black conservatives speaking out in opposition of the liberal narrative.
it’s completely obvious, to rational people, how the left is constantly pushing division with race. Their record confirms they don’t want blacks on the same level as whites.
Not much we can really do because the change must come from within the black community.
On one side you have whites telling blacks republicans are racist, the other side telling blacks the democrats are racist. Who do you believe when it seems as though both sides are trying to manipulate your thought?
Which is why his speech would’ve had more impact if he was black. Black conservatives have little to no platform on any media platform except social media. And social media is manipulated big time.

You can demand respect 'til you're blue in the face. Doesn't mean it will happen.

You'd love what Carol Swain Ph.D has to say. Look her up.

I don't think so.
Whoever's driving this would use any event of that sort - and they happen every day all over the country.
Not to mention that “confronting” a cop while he’s making an arrest seems like a good way to get your ass kicked, get arrested, and possibly killed.

Actual stats and analysis. Pretty interesting. Blasts lots of holes in lots of arguments that are based on anecdotes instead of real data and has thought behind it and the implications.

If you're interested in a data focused approach, here's a study that analyzes sentencing variations in federal criminal cases. Importantly, it attempts to correct for factors such as offense severity, criminal history, and socioeconomic status.

There is some pretty interesting information in this article that if taken into account during the trial of the police officers will most likely lead to more protests followed by riots and looting ......

Yeah, as bad as that incident was, there's alotta nuance involved. I would not bet on him getting found guilty on the one murder charge.

Hopefully people will recognize that, and react with logic and reason 😄

I missed when people started thinking it’s ok to touch other people without asking. Did that happen? I would never touch a politician out of concern for immediately being arrested for assault by Capitol Police.
