I was heading down the highway when a Funeral Limo....yes a funeral limo coming from a funeral on Friday the 13th turned directly into me coming from the opposite side of the highway. Not sure if the old man didnt see me or what but yea he hit me square in the driver side tire area causing me to fly over a car"s hood on the other side of the intersection coming to rest on my side and me in the passengers side floor board (no seat belt, but i will def wear a seat belt from now on). Scary ride in the air, but im safe and its time for a new disco. Just found a disco that needs some TLC and will soon have pics and updates about the progress of the new rover.

...damn..you must of been going fairly fast man...i have seen quite a few wrecks and that disco looks like it was smacked pretty hard...
especially with the bent axle up front.

Got the rack off today and with a little help form the towing company (aka a fat guy and some beers) they straighten up the rack just enough to fit over the new disco....all i need is a new starter and a belt tensionar and i should be running fine. Yea it was a pretty hard hit and serioulsy the guy pulled right in to me like he didnt even see me. It was like i was driving through an intersection (speed limit 55) and somebody from the opposite side just pulled into me. We hit driver side to driver side and sent me flying. I guess i was lucky for the 2 inch spacers and tires because i kinda used him as a ramp instead of spacking him head on. Not my fault at all just want everybody to realize that you can do all you can to be safe, but there is always some person out there that can't drive and can cause your disco and more importantly you harm. As for the decease family they all thought that i was speeding and was my fault as did the driver. Damage to the funeral caddy was pretty bad not sure if it was totalled or not, and the other car that i hit after the intial impact was damaged pretty bad. Drive safe and please were your seat belt.

Sorry to hear about your truck, good to hear you're okay though. I had my DII destroyed right in front of me two, but a tree fell on mine. My old Disco had no problems, but the one I bought with the same amount of miles has been nothing but problems. I hope you have good luck with your new Disco. Here's a pics of my old one with the tree on it.

Maybe the dead guy was a jokster and that was his final hoorah! Sounds like he watched over you. . . Or maybe he wanted a Disco in life. . .

Glad you're ok - you're lucky though, wear a seatbelt!!!
