Please join us for our annual spring rally. Our Rovers At Wintergreen (RAW) rally is hosted at the Wintergreen Ski Resort conveniently located in central Virginia. This location affords us access to the comforts of the resort, miles of wooded trails over scenic and challenging terrain, plus the option to enjoy fine food and drink at several of the local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries.

Registration: Registration costs are $95 (early registration) for the first vehicle ($25 for each additional vehicle per family). Early registration closes on March 23rd and the price goes up to $120 after that. The base registration includes one vehicle, one Saturday night meal ticket, one raffle ticket, and one t-shirt. Please note that all attendees must be current members to attend. Membership dues ($20/year) can be paid separately via the registration website, if needed. If you attended the 2017 MAR (or renewed any time after that) then your membership is still current.

Accommodation: Overnight accommodations are not included in the event registration. Attendees are encouraged to contact the Wintergreen Resort group reservation telephone number at 855-495-1342 to make their own reservations. This number is set up specifically for our event with special rates starting at $109 / night (single). Please refer to our group name of Rovers Owner Association of Virginia when making your reservation.

Saturday Dinner: There will be a group meal at the Wintergreen Resort on Saturday evening. A cash bar will open at 6:30pm for a happy hour with dinner scheduled for 7:30pm. One adult meal ticket is included with each registration. Extra Saturday meal tickets can be purchased online for $25/ adult or $10/ child.

Sponsors, Raffle and Giveaways: This year's title sponsor is Land Rover Richmond. They are joined by several steadfast supporters of the ROAV. Immediately following dinner (~8:00pm), we will have a small raffle with several giveaways.

Event T-Shirts: Event T-Shirts are available on a pre-order basis. Shirts may be purchased for $20 online. The cut off period for pre-purchasing t-shirts will be midnight on Friday, March 23rd. There will be a very limited supply of t-shirts available for purchase on site. It is best to register early to reserve your t-shirt.

Trial Rides: There are various trails available for RAW attendees at a mix of scenic, intermediate and advanced. All trail drives will be guided. More information about routes and times will be provided at registration. There is currently a plan for a sunset trail ride on Friday that should be over in time to enjoy dinner on your own at one of the many popular local eateries and breweries.

Last year (2017), we had approximately 65 vehicles and 100 people attend, and this year we are expecting the crowd to grow. Please make plans to join us on April 6-8, 2018.

Who is attending from here?

It's going to be a blast from the past and the "Good Ol Mar Days" .... I haven't talked to him but heard that Chapman and some guys up in Phili have rented some 8 bedroom house and are having folks over. Chris said one of Dan's Buds from Blue Mtn was hooking him up with some Kegs and a Local Band.

It's going to be a blast. Give me a shout Marco maybe we can get a house.

Great Trails and a Great Vibe! Should be a good turn out from what I hear.

Nice. We ought to grab a couple of beers and hang out or something.

How about I hit the grill and serve you some of the best burgers you've ever had?

I could use a guide, anyway, if you'll have me.

The event might confuse me a bit, as I've never actually attended one.

Cheers,

Kennith

So Kennith might attend ?

I will be there.

I’m going to take a picture; because even though I’ve heard the myth of Kennith, few have ever had an actual sighting. Maybe Matt, maybe CVC??

Anyway, there are some fun trails, all guided because it is private property.

On Kennith's private island
I came on Sunday. Kind of boring around here. Budweiser, I mean Devils Backbone, has been pretty dead. In fact everything is dead. Snow is gone and the golf course looks like a front yard in south Georgia minus the ants. Guess it's just the slow time between the seasons.
