If you arent getting any replies or someone on the phone, I would hold off on ordering anything from them online.

Insu is a one man operation, and does Rover parts as a side job while working a regular 9-5. He is very good about returning emails when he gets them, so hang in there, his response wont be imediate.
emails are the best way to contact him, as his english can be difficult to understand on the phone. he's a stand up guy and offers rock bottom prices on most of the rover parts he stocks.

One of my favorite places to get parts. Great guy. Always quick and if some thing is wrong he's always been very quick to correct it..

his online forum sucks. he if updated it I bet he would get more biz. Email him and be patient. He will get you what you need for a good price.
Rover connection is great to work with, he even met me one night after work so I could buy a part from him that I needed bad.

I actually have an order coming in right now. He was out of town a good part of last week and it said so on his website. I ordered on Saturday and got my invoice and then changed the order twice and spoke to him on the phone. I received the UPS verfication that it will be here on Thursday.

This is great to hear, he does have good prices. I did not see where he was out on the site but I have been playing phone tag with him all afternoon so that is good. He did tell me to just fill out form on the site and he would get it. Thanks all, this was not in any way ment to bash him as I am not in any hurry for the parts just yet.

Very good site to buy parts from. I email him first about the shipping cost and the item im buying and he'll email me back with the total. Very fast shipping if the parts are in stock.

I have a client who buys ALL of his parts from him! I receive a package from him at least once a week, drop-shipped to me.
