Anyone know where I can get them? I know places like Summit Racing sell them, but I have no idea exactly which ones.
All the bushes ones I've found that actually use rubber ir Poly you need to drill out the frame mount hole from 9/16" to 5/8". This is on my short To Do list since my last two rod ends haven't lasted for shit on my RTE panhard.

I would love to know if Keith at Rovertracks used a standard thread for the heim joints. I would change them over to something easy to obtain.

There is no rubber or poly in my joints. All metal. It is the spacer in the end of the joint that is worn out.

Tried to get the panhard rod off last night and both bolts are seized inside the bushings. Also found out that it is likely I do not need new bushings. I just need new heim joints. This time, I will get greasable ones.

Anyone know of a trick to get the bolts out? I soaked them in PB. But if I remember correctly, the bolts did go in kinda tight when I put them on. When hit with impact, the ball and bushings all spin with the bolt.

I just cut my stock one out with an angle grinder. Metal sleeve to the bushing rusted solid to the bolt. No amount of PB blaster and impact would budge it.

Same here. In my experience the heims(all of them) have no business on the frame end of a panhard. I've gone through three different heims and all of them have gotten sloppy. My next end will be something with poly or rubber in the end.

Yes, I agree with putting poly bushings in instead of heims. My panhard has heims at both ends. Would love to make one of the ends poly but not sure how I would be able to do that now.

I have some web links at home of poly ends that will thread right into where the heims thread now. You would just need to bore out the mounting hole from 9/16" to 5/8".
I'll try to post the links later.
