But, back on the SD topic...note how SD went (basically) under about the same time as the death of the Disco, i.e. their biggest consumer? Stop making Discos, LR doesn't need to buy Highlander racks en masse anymore. All of a sudden, the bottom line shrinks bigtime.
Just a theory...but...interesting "coincidence."
