serious accessories for LR3/Disco3

Hello,

You are correct that there are no mounts included on the LR3, but of the pictures I have seen of the OEM Land Rover (plastic rack) Expedition rack, they provide a supplemental mounting bracket, so that their rack can be weight bearing all the way to the front. I am wrong..please everybody jump in?atriot:

I have the expedition rack on my truck. The expedition rack is load berring all the way to the front. There is a screw-in under the plastic molding upfront that you can use to make a bracket for. I would want to have that upfront no matter what for the simple structure of the design. Less movement of rack upfront.

Cool, I'll ask him if he can incorporate this into the design. Better yet, if you are need of a rack, give him a call and let him know you are interested if he makes this change.

Hi, Man-A-Fre the US distributor for Kaymar is placing an order for LR3 rear bumpers next week. They expect the bumpers to be in the US in 4-6 weeks. They won't order from Kaymar again for a few months, so if you want a rear bumper (with or without tire(s) carriers, jerry, jack, etc. give them a call on monday and put down some dough.

Thanks for the info. I've been thinking about the Kaymar bumper for a while now. Wish it wasn't so close to Christmas right now :-(
