Driving to work this morning, my DII's service engine soon light blinked on once, car felt it hesitated for a microsecond, and continued my journey. On the way home, it did the same thing, and a minute later, she stalled, and can't get her to start. She cranks until she's blue in the face but doesn't fire up. No codes being pulled, everything looks intact. From what I've read, it could be:
1. Crank position sensor
2. Fuel pump
3. Fuel Pump fuse
Stuck on the street at the moment waiting for a tow, but am I on the right track? Maybe the fact that the SES light blinked, truck hesitated quickly, kept going and died a bit later might give some of the experts on here something to work with.
I did notice she took a few more seconds than normal to start this morning.
BTW, just had the head gaskets replaced. 110,000 miles on this '01 Disco II.
thanks, in advance.
