Where do you put your $400 cooler? How about that $100 tent light? Where could your tactical coffee maker possibly go? Well never fear! You can finally sleep better at night knowing that they're all safe in your new Snow Peak trailer!

Gentlemen, I give you the $33,000 plywood trailer! (Proving once again - there's a fucking sucker born every minute!)

That's just some continuing art project with "architect" Kengo Kuma.

There is something seriously wrong with that man. He just can't leave a pile of sticks alone, and is about the only architect I've ever seen who managed to make water seem stark, rigid, depressing, and damned near hellish.

The trailer is just Snow Peak's way of attempting to legitimize their design credentials. That's not necessary, though. Their products are already more balanced from a design perspective than anything Kuma has ever drawn to actually be built.

As far as I'm concerned, they'd be better off letting Lego design their trailer. This numb-nuts has already managed to make a wooden box seem cold... He's shit at structures and outdoor spaces, so I can't fathom what made them think he should have a crack at industrial design.

Cheers,

Kennith

Such as a combination of a panel of wood design, not feel at all that it is a trailer, has a friendly atmosphere enveloping soften the day-to-day life.

OK - you got the "cheap" Yeti. Let me rephrase my last comment - You could fit 50 of my $20 candles in your 'small' $200 ice cooler. Consequently, the $200 you saved on the cheap Yeti cooler is a nice little start on the Snow Peak $33,000 plywood trailer you'll need to occupy some BLM land out west.
