To do it completely right, you'll need:
2-upper swivel pins P/N STC 226, kit, includes swivel pin, bearing and thrust washers
2-upper swivel pin bushings P/N FTC 125-make sure you look at the pic in the FSM as I've seen many installed backwards.
2-upper swivel pin bearings (in kit FTC 125)
2-upper swivel pin thrust washers (n kit)
Assorted swivel pin shims in various thicknesses (I do not suggest using the old ones) P/N FRC 6782-6790 in varying thicknesses.
2-lower swivel pin bearings P/N 606666 (for some reason, that one's pretty easy to remember)
The lower swivel pins rarely wear to the point of needing replacement
You'll also want swivel ball seals P/N FTC 3401, stub axle gaskets P/N FRC 3205, hub seals (I suggest the RTC-3511), drive flange gaskets (P/N 57175, IIRC) and some 90 wt to refill the swivels with.
If you're replacing the swivel pins (I strongly encourage doing so) you'll also need new ABS bushes and seals if you want to retain the ABS-I've replaced mine with steel plugs!) Bush part number FTC 1374, seal P/N FTC 1376.
