As most already know goodies are scarce for the Range Rover P38, I have looked high and low for a snorkel with no success. I have debated Mantec / Safari and I don't like the fact the Mantec snorkels are metal. In a case of desperation however, you must do what is needed to achieve the goal.
I went to the Safari Snorkel site and discovered something interesting. I went to the Discovery II page for their snorkel, and lo and behold it seems the model they make for the DII will work. The air box and tubing is in same place on the Range Rover. I may just order one of these and see how it works. The Safari Snorkel model number is SS395HF and, here is the page on their web site:
