it was overheating cause of a bad head gasket, exhaust gases were pressurizing the cooling system.
Okay well exhaust in the cooling system can cause foam. I am sure know you this. Just my 2cents for you.

last time I ran into TC's exact issue was due to another shop having failed to torque the headbolts the second 90 degrees

^^^^ This ^^^^

This happens more times then most realize. Lots of cars need this step and it often gets missed.

I also would agree that if everything was done right before, heads decked etc that it may very well be a block warped issue - overheated that may times is not at all easy on the block.

With ARP studs don't you just use a final torque. They are not stretch bolts. Maybe the OP should re-torque them.

JhonB, thats exactly what i was thinking, im going to open the VC, and re-torque to 80lb.
thats what ARP suggested, but i asked around here and also called Mark, they all said 60lb.
i shouldv listened to my gut and go with ARP suggestion.

Thank,
Leo

ok, torqued the heads again to 80lbs, car drives much better, theres some very little shaking.
i guess the head gasket is bit damaged from not being torqued right, the first time.
ill drive it like that for now, till the first sign of irregular temp, i will replace them again.i did add an extended warranty bumper to bumper today, for any case and for all the problems that might occur, actually was very cheap, about $38 a month.
anything that happens, the car goes to the dealer and they pay.

Thanks for all the help.

I wonder what the dealer will say when they open it up and find studs and not bolts. I can just about guarantee they will decline the claim for non-stock parts having been used.

I'd suggest doing the heads now so as to avoid the risk of overheating and block damage.
