The truck should have the other connector here, right?

if everything works then dont over think it. looks like you have an aftermarket ignition barrel which wouldnt have the extra plug for the thingamajiggy

The horn was not working and the SRS lamp was on.

I found that the issue was with the spring clock (hope that's the name of the part).

Randy is giving me a spring clock tomorrow at The Conclave.

I was in my '95 DI and whaddayaknow, that harness is peeking out under the wheel.

Yeah, it goes to the clockspring.
