with mine removed and crappy shocks it was a wiggle wagon at best
with the Bilstein 7100's with the 400/100 valves it is stiffer and better then it was with no lift and sway bars.
so I say dont look at it like a cheap upgrade.
get the HD springs ,pitch the sway bars and get the 7100's all at the same time

MUSKYMAN said:since the driveshaft rotates a small radius bend would only help when its standing still
I guess you are talking about putting a radius in the sway bar not the driveshaft
if you have the rovertym kit and that includes the 7100's I think you are good without them

I found a kit the other day while surfing that lowers the connection points to allow more articulation. It was cheap and looked well made. I will post the link if I can find it.MUSKYMAN said:I gotta say its all about the shocks

RichardS said:Get some 2" square steel tube and 4 bolts/nuts/washers similar to those used on the stock sway mounts. Cut two pieces of tube to length a bit longer than the stock sway mounts. Drill 2 holes in the top and bottom of each to match the stock sway mount hole spacing. Then install the tubes as spacers between the frame and the sway mounts. This will lower the sway away from the driveshaft.
Pic is of my setup with RTE 3" springs. I have the RTE arms that point the pinion at the transfer box, for use with a DC driveshaft. If you choose to not do this and have the pinion pointed lower then you will have less clearance than shown in the picture and might need a thicker spacer.
