swb d1 door seal upgrade

I've been searching for a solution. My carpets got soaked last week, stock seals didn't keep anything out. How's mounting; RTV, rivets?
Yank out the old. Press in the new. No RTV, no rivets, no additional hardware. I did use a rubber mallet to expedite things, though.

I was just at a junkyard and looking at D2 seals to remove. How do the kick plates come up in a D2? I'm used to the simple screw-in of a D1. Does some trim need to come out?
Yes. Seals will work for both D1 and SWB RRC (rear doors will not work on a LWB RRC).
