I swapped T-Cases last week.
I put a 2000 T-Case (with CDL) in my 2003 D2 and now I can't shift into low range.:banghead:
We did not install any CDL linkage.

Linkage is good (High/Low shifter), electrical connectors are plugged in.
The only thing we left out was the override swicth that de-activates ABS and TC when the T-Case is locked.

Any thoughts?

Does the 03 have the right wiring harness for the connector?

Should I have swapped any connectors off of the old T-Case?

I sure wish I would have done more research before performing the swap.

What a pain to work on after it's installed!

Lockout solenoid screwed me over too, You can remove it without dropping the t-case. Also not all the wires hook up, My 03 d2 doesnt even know it is locked. I must have missed a wire etc... but the tc still works so I'm not going to complain.

Unless I missed it on the rave cd, or when physically looking under the vehicle I didnt see anything that would link up. Then again I swapped in a d1 lt 230 so not so sure. But if you put a switch in your vehicle that is just run to a twelve volt source you can operate the lockout solenoid all it needs is a 12v signal. I just took it out.
