Thanks to someone in Orlando

Got a call this afternoon from my son in Orlando. We're in Ohio. He had a flat tire on his '97 disco along I4. He said that someone who said he was in the local land rover club stopped and changed his tire. I just wanted to say thanks hoping that he might see it on the forum. Land Rover owners are a great bunch right?

PT, you pulled up beside him in Fort Wayne once to say hi and give him your card. I was a little nervous letting him drive his Disco to Florida from Ohio but he made it OK. He's into driving his Disco so that makes me into fixing it....

Yep, that was me and the traffic was pretty nasty. I'm sure the folks in the two lanes to my right were a bit pissed as I quickly cut over to the shoulder when I saw them in trouble.

It was simply an instinct and certainly my pleasure. Glad to hear they made the rest of the trip safely.
