Ok, I guess I don't get it. If he wants to buy Rolexes or Cognac, couldn't he buy it directly from the country of origin or another country that is willing to trade with N. Korea?

If that's the best we can do, we're in bigger trouble than I thought. Perhaps we should just send him Ipods with the same music that was played to Noriega and David Koresh, and no way to record over it. That would get him!
