Ok update on the misfire ! I cracked the plug while putting it in ! There seems to be alot of 4and7 misfires . Is everyone over tightening on the plugs?4and7 are the tightest when you have the air injector pipes. Be careful! If you still have a misfire after changing wires and plugs, try changing those plugs again with the misfire . Dont crank down on them ,and start the truck and see what happens. You might be cracking the insulator ,and not seeing it . Just a thought !

May I ask if you are running discount gas? I have a 97 disco that had the same problem, I was running Costco gas, they keep the price down by not putting any cleaners in. Your valves could be sticking open slightly giving you the misfire. I ran with good quality gas and Lukas gas treatment for about 3 months, 120k later no problems.
