Wish I had time to drive to this guy's location and take a look.
The bent cross-bars make me nervous.

I bought one off of EBAY for $267 and it's done well, have submerged it more than a few times. If you only need something to use on occasion I think you'll be ok with this one. If you plan on really using it a lot might not hold but who knows.

That was not me I should have clarified that I guess. He was in the Land Rover club I was in. I found him on LRO and after that post so he wouldn't kill himself or others I invited him out and we taught him some proper winch use techniques.
Once again not me, I don't drive a Disco and was not involved. I just knew where to find the pictures
