We didn't miss it.......we bought two turkeys because they were on sale. So much for "saving" money. Okay, now who has the most interesting use for a 16 pound frozen turkey???

in the deep freeze, nothing'll happen to a turkey in a year.
I wouldn't have issues eating it, although, as any meat frozen for a long time, it just won't taste good.

Unless it was frozen in a block of ice, it's going to have a serious case of freezer burn.

I've had fish frozen in buckets of water that are over two years old, taste just fine.

No ice, no dice. Toss it.

It's nothing that 325? peanut oil won't fix.
