i have one of these, works good, basicly a hawkeye pro with everything unlocked, mine also says bmw and generic obd2

i know this will reset adaptive values on d1 and on lr3 sets steering angle puts suspension and e brake in service mode clears faults in all the ecus, other then not being a fancy touch screen it does alot for the price plus all the other rover models models

That is exactly what it is. Just a special Blue run for the Atlantic British edition. It will also reprogram key fobs for the D2.
