I typically go 3 parts yardbird to one part biscuit. But last year it was more like 2 part cluck to 1 part biscuit.

What would be unbelievable is if we could collect funds to get a Biscuitville run for Saturday morning or convince Corey to bring a big enough iron skillet to make a shitload of biscuits![/QUO

We normally do ham on friday morning and sausage on saturday, we hit Bojangles on the way out on sunday morning. Have not ever made any gravy, try to keep it simple.

Cook sausage, DO NOT DRAIN
add 1/4 cup flour, stir until dissolved
2 cups milk, stir until gravy.

Salt and Pepper to taste.
