It doesn't say anything about a Rover's cooling capabilities. Rovers are well tolerant of extreme temperatures. Stick that in front of any vehicle's radiator and you could have problems.They do have a breaking point, like anything else, but it's reasonable for the application. Extreme use occasionally demands boosted cooling ability (haha, remember THAT thread, everyone?), but that's with anything.
