The water drips out no where near there. It comes out generally in the area behind the front mud flaps on our rig. But it wets out a large area as it drips out so it is hard to figure out the source. I saw a picture on another site where they might be under the plastic cowl piece on the far left and right. Going to check that today.

the front sunroof drains run INSIDE THE CAVITY of the front a-pillars. if the whole cavity is plugged up you have to drill a couple small holes in that cavity to allow drainage.

THE SUN ROOF DRAINS ARE NOT UNDER THE WINDSHIELD COWLING!!!!!

How did you end up fixing this? I've tried epoxy, replacing with a double barb connector, still leaks. I used expoxy, but it cracks and leaks. Maybe using gasket material, that is more flexible?

I'll have to check the drain. I thought is was the nipples, guess not. Thanks for the drill a hole suggestion.

i used a 5/16" plastic barb connector. cleaned the hole, where the nipple broke off. used 2 part epoxy. after the epoxy hardened i used some two part caulk gun sealant from my buddie's body shop.

been that way for a year now.

i think the trick was using a little extra goop around it after the epoxy hardened. plus, you really need to use the primer when using epoxy on plastic.

What do you mean (exactly) by primer on the plastic? Something separate, like paint primer for plastic? Other than that, I did what you did.

seperate chemical. i just went over to my buddie's body shop and asked for the stuff they would use. i'll try to get the info on it, but it's been a year and like most body shops it's a bit of a revolving door over there with employees.

I've been struggling with this same issue for a while. Sunroof drains are fine. Re-sealed the gaskets around the roof rails and now i found this:

I am tired of being a woman. Why I think I can make one of these things not leak is taking me down a bad road. After 10 years of trials silicone is my only option.

I cut one of the branches off a 3/8 barbed plastic tee. Matched the OD of it to a drill bit and drilled out the hole in the drip pan. I used Devcon plastic welder to glue it in. http://www.devcon.com/products/products.cfm?family=Plastic Welder™

Welp, this was my issue. On the passenger side (where the leak was occuring) this was loose. I taped it off, secured it with a dab of silicone then VERY carefully sprayed down (again, well taped off) a thin layer of flex seal. No leaks since...
