What is running?

I recently purchased a 95 RRC SWB and there seems to be a pump running in the passenger quarter panel shortly after start up and shuts off shortly after turning the truck off. I am coming from an 89 RRC, so I have no idea what might be back there and I hate to pull the panel if I do not have to at this point. Thanks in advance.

My last 95 LWB made a buzzing sound right near the fuel door area. It ended up being one of the valves in the EVAP lines right by the gas tank. Loud as hell but I never diagnosed it further..it only happened randomly.

The only other thing I can think of is the EAS pump, but thats under the trunk, pass side mounted to the frame.

My 96 ROW did that as well. Im sure it was the fuel pump doing something but never looked into it.

intake / breather for the eas compressor, it runs along the frame into the quarter panel to avoid water damage to compressor when off road or water forging.

I pulled the fuse for the compressor. I am installing coils so I will disable the air suspension and see if the humming is still there. I do not have a manual for the truck, so things are more difficult than they are for my 89 and 91. I have not driven the truck yet , but once I get the coils on I will have a better idea of what I purchased. I appreciate for the input.
