Lostinboston - Ya, I probably could have made some jokes about the "position" but, I didn't want to kick a guy while he was already on his knees...

Horseback riding instructor and horse trainer. In a previous lifetime I've held jobs as a dog baby-sitter, a documents courier, racetrack groom and one-time track trainer (one slow, CRAZY filly), hay business owner, architectural drawings surveyor, I've done a few things. I'm aspiring to a quiet life in the islands in the near future......

just out of curiosity what types of jobs are out there for geology?

All the high paying stuff that archeologists are just as qualified to do. :D

Too bad the oil companies see our "M.A." versus their "M.S."

Hey, guys! I haven't posted in eons, but I do sales for a record company. I'm the one that charges $18 for a CD and bitches when you download! :D But hey! Land Rovers and PARTS don't grow on trees, right? Give a guy a break.

For the past year and 1/2, I've been restoring a '70 mgb. Also, during the past 6 mos. I've also started working part time at a British Car shop. Mostly to learn and to help pay for my habit! This winter I'm going to pull the B apart and paint it.

Fortunatley, my disco has running well. But as winter is approaching and the snow will start to fly any week, I'm about to put the B up and start modding the Disco, starting with the brakes.

See...this is the type of thread that makes my productivity go up. Enough of those off-color comments makes it so the porn blocker on my computer can't access the site. "Excessive number of questionable words" or some stupid thing like that. Guess I'll go grade papers...
