Where is my MFU?

I have a 95 D1 and can't find the Multi Function Unit for the life of me. Where is it? All the places RAVE and others say to look, I still can't find it.

My neutral sounder is always going off when the truck is in any drive gear. Everything related to that sounder works, CDL, gear selector, ignition lock, but the sounder thinks its in neutral. So to kill the sounder I pulled fuse 13 and it stopped the sounder. Unfortunately now my intermittant wipers and rear defroster no longer work. I think its the MFU and I have a replacement, but can't find it on my truck. Any ideas?

I'd have to go look to be sure, but isn't it behind the glove compartment where the window ECU is?

'Gear selector switches', the park neutral switch or another one? I replaced the park neutral one already, plus my CDL works fine.

Is this what I'm looking for?

Okay, I pulled the fuse panel and the styrofoam thing from under the steering column and no multi function unit. Nothing was under my fuse box at all. I know where the mfu is at for a 98/99 d1, and its not there. Under the side kick panels, nothing. Under the glove box, afraid nothing like what's in the picture above. My truck was manufactured 12/94, where they located somewhere else in 94? Could I just not have one, if so what controls that damn sounder?
