There's some dude on D90 Source selling them for some outrageous amount of money.
And there's another guy on the Web selling snap together replacements for a more reasonable amount.
Sorry, no links.

a proline regulator is under 100.

you have to cut the stud off and reattach it to install the original bushing. id only bother if it was brass replacement

That roller is almost exactly the size of a quarter. I went to the hardware store and found washers that size, I think I got four of them. Then had to use a drill to make the hole slightly larger to fit where the nylon roller was. Get someone to spot weld to hold the washers on. Grease it up good and you will never have to worry with that one again. Worked perfectly and no noise. Washers cost about a dollar and a guy did the weld for about five bucks.

Took FishEH's advice and use nylon washers. Local Hardware store had what I needed; $0.80 each took two. One to ride the track the other to be a spacer so the pin holding the roller won't fall into an unused window attachment hole. I had to cut a grove into it, basically making a snap ring, then clipped it to the pin between the track and the arm.

Thanks to all!

for what it is worth I replaced my rollers with nylon washers of the same size from home depot about 8 years ago for as total cost of about 35 cents. Still working perfectly....

I used a hole saw and a hand drill to cut a stack of new rollers out of the side of an old polyethylene file folder box about 3 years ago. Cut a roughly angled slit in one side and slip them on so that adjacent slits are in opposite directions. Still working like new.

This isn't rocket science. Hell, they don't even need to be round.
