I have two of these Ax/Shovel Bracket kits designed for the Yakima Warrior Basket, part #07078.

One is new in the box, the other has been opened (never used) and does not have all the clamps to attach it to the basket.

New in box on top, opened on bottom:

No clue... but I will check tonight.

Looks like the clamps are designed for a 1" tube. I have a couple extra (new) clamps for a slightly smaller tube. Which I can include.
