ZF 4HP22 (740) Torque Rating?

I have one paired to a 4.6 I'm curious how long it will last.

My 4.6L Disco I had tranny issues and everyone I know that has a 4.6L eventually had issues with the 4HP22.

You can get the internals of the 4HP24 and install them in the 4HP22.

I think I'm going to go the compushift route and install an HP24. Not exactly an elegant solution, but it's much cheaper than getting the HP22 rebuilt.

I think all of the late 22s had the same upgrades, not just the 4.2 versions

the planetaries were the same on my 22 and 24. Maybe the early ones had the weak version
