I've seen that before and I've always thought it looks neat.

I like being an oddball and having certain things be different. Besdies that it might even hide a bunch of the scratches!
The sticker effect makes it even better; once you're tired of it, just remove them.

The giraffe one on that website was neat and something I haven't seen before.

Super cool dude, go for it! Post pics. when you get it done.

Jen you rock even more in my book now that we know you like that eccentric look! :D

How the F did you do that in Photoshop? That's amazing...

Good question about the rear door... wouldn't you need a small amount of brown vinyl for that?

I like it.

Anybody play with the small 3 3/4" GIJOE action figures as a kid? I still have all of mine at my parent's house. They had a special series called Tiger Force. Basically black zebra stripes on a yellow and brown and white colored vehicle with the awesome tiger/shark mouth and eyes in the front. That'd be sweet on a disco I think.

I personally think the zebra stripes would look cool on a darker colored vehicle. Black stripes on a green rover would be kinda subdued, or on a dark blue rover too.

Hey Will Peters, How did you do yours? Is it paint or vinyl? You also look like you have a white truck. Did you not do the roof. I probably won't do the roof as I don't want to deal with rack removal and all my light wiring.

I can't believe the comments! I thought for sure I would be burned alive for this. I think I will proceed. I haven't received the vinyl yet, but I will definately post pics when done.

Steve, the photoshop thing is easy for me... It's what I do for a living. But it was just a matter of selecting the areas with lasso tool (1 pixel feather) and upping the brightness and contrast so that I keep original shadows/hilights and reflections.

Steve, there was one looking similar at the Safari this year, and I think it looked great. While you have photo shop running, try giraffe, leopard, etc. I hope you do it. By the way, supposedly, Mitche Shaw is considering a wild paint job for his RRC.

I don't believe it.
I think you actually already did it and you posted it up as a photoshop to get reviews without full flame capacity.

you are a photoshop jedi if that isn't real.

Hey, how about Conniston green with black zebra stripes? I've always wondered what that would look like and since I can't photo shop worth crap would you mind giving it a shot? Or even black tiger stripes.
I can offer up a donor truck picture of that color if needed.

Awsome!!!

If it's not too hard can you do a couple for me?

I'd really like to see the following pictures of 110s done with the trucks white with a black canvas top and white wheels. Trying to plan the color scheme.

If it's not too much trouble.
