I used a piece of an old bicycle tube around my sd rack to properly get a snuck fit. Worked like a charm

Got the rack off today and with a little help form the towing company (aka a fat guy and some beers) they straighten up the rack just enough to fit over the new disco....all i need is a new starter and a belt tensionar and i should be running fine. Yea it was a pretty hard hit and serioulsy the...

ahhh man i was planning to come and look at this bad boy.....

well.....I got there rack. I like it alot, but it took a long time for them to make it, powdercoat it and ship it. Also the powdercoat job wasnt to good and just in a year there are several rust places and the powdercoat is chipping off.....dont wont to diss them cause i like my rack and didnt...

This sounds alot like the problems I've been haveing on my 96 too. First started in the middle of last summer. Dealer wanted to replace the cylinder head and blamed it on carbon build up. I went the cheaper way and just got a valve job, but the problem still persist on long driving or trips...

sry i forgot i more thing. How much lift were you running with those tires and rims. thanks
