I'll look again but Yellow Jackets tend to have a deep black color and the pattern on the stinger is different. The Brownish color puts it closer to a Euro hornet but still a bit off.

I live in Braselton, GA now and am still learning of all the instects in this area. I can't quite figure out what type of hornet this is though. It doesn't EXACTLY match a European Hornet's description and I don't think it's a Yellow Jacket... So what is it?

Looks like it came out recently. I just purchased it yesterday at KB toys. It's only 12 cars for the whole "Best of British" set and they had a 3 for $10 deal. Well worth it.
