Not that the NATO wheels need to be any heavier than they are...but anyone ever beadlock a set? I likethe look of NATOs vs the normal steel wheels...and the bead lock would also make it close to an 8" wide wheel. Other than the steep backspacing, seems like it would work. Just gathering ideas...

Wanted to buy a D2 front driveshaft flange to put a D2 D in my D1.

What all do I need to put a DC D2 driveshaft in the front of my D1. Driveshaft of course....and I need an xfercase adpter? Where can I get one of them thingys. I assume I'll have to pull the yoke to put the adapter on with longer bolts???correct?

Does anyone happen to have the approx legnth of an adjustable panhard rod at 3" of lift? Just trying to get a baseline on it so I'll have less tweaking to do when I put the lift on this weekend.

OK...so I have no cold Air on a 98 D! is picked up a few weeks back. I know that the AC clutch is not engaging when I turn on the AC. The light on the switch also doesn;t light up...although that could just be a light out. IS the AC clutch replacable with out replacing the entire compressor...

Any idea what would have caused this wire to melt? Its the wiper harness that plugs into the wiper motor? I fished it down to see what happened..and the melted section only goes about 6" into he wire. At that point, the wire has no visible crack or cut. Only thing I could think of..is the wire...

OK..so I just picked up my disco (98) after I traded my Land cruiser and I am tracking down the drain. I have t narrowed down to the lights. When I pushed the fog light button, the tail lights and dash lights stopped working....so I know theres a bad wire somewhere in that section. For the life...
