SOLD- Still interested in my '94 DI, it's still available!

Please excuse the bidding language, I just pasted it over.
Description:

Offered for sale is a green with tan leather 1996 Land Rover Discovery I with the 4.0L V8. All known issues and modifications are listed below, as well as all terms of the sale. Please read everything fully before asking questions or bidding. I’ll answer any questions I can if sent in enough time. The reserve is reasonable and is worth the value in parts alone.

I’ve put basically no miles on it since owning as it is a third vehicle. This was the next project to work on as a smooth daily driver after my ’94 trail rig and with an upcoming move, it also must go.

I’m also selling the 1994 Discovery 3.9L. If you purchase both vehicles, I’ll knock off $100 from the total!

1996 Land Rover Discovery 4.0L V8i SE7 – Green Exterior/tan leather interior

115,060 miles
VIN: SALJY1240TA510908

Features and Condition:

- Dual sunroofs and rear air conditioning.

- Seats 7 people.

- Green exterior/tan leather interior. Exterior is in okay shape for the age. There are some scratches and dents here and there. I’ll try and take picture for you. The driver’s and passenger’s seat is rough and has some damage. I would rate them a 3 out of 10. The back seats are in significantly better shape. Please see the pictures

- Land Rover brush guard and front lamp guards

- Non-smoking home.

- Running boards. Driver’s side is in excellent shape. Passenger side is angled slightly and the trim is coming off. See pictures.

- Land Rover Rear step

- Land Rover fender flares

- Window wind deflectors on driver’s and passenger’s side

- Auto dimming rear view mirror

- Power seats.

- Central power locking works well (by key)

- This was a Texas vehicle before coming to Ohio in the last few years, so the frame and undercarriage are in excellent shape.

- Locking differential engages.

- Two keys. No remotes.

- Dual zone climate control.

- Original Land Rover manual

- I’m also including a factory service manual on CD and cross-reference conversion table for aftermarket parts. Very useful if you do any work on it yourself.

- Clean CarFax.

Service History and known issues:

I bought this vehicle in not-running condition. The previous owner was told it was a bad ECM by an inexperienced shop and he did not want to spend any more money on it. I replaced the battery, plugs, wires, and fuel pump with a new one and it started right up. It did not hold an idle, but it did run and drive. I have not been running it since last month when I did those repairs and got it running and test drove it. It has run recently, but it will need hauled or shipped.

- New Kingsborne 8mm wires
- New Champion 322 plugs
- Rear sunroof does not close completely. Motor works, just doesn’t seat properly.
- There is a line crack across the windshield
- Brakes and rotors should probably be replaced

Because I have not had much of an opportunity to drive this vehicle, I do not know what other issues there likely are. This is an as-is vehicle. Please bid accordingly.

Vehicle/Rover Standard Issues or Notes:

- Headliner is in good shape – no sagging.
- Rear sunroof does not close completely
- No Dash curling
- Intermittent wipers work

To Sum up:

I hope you can see I have every effort to fully disclose all the issues regardless of how small because all sales are final and no one likes surprises. I’ve also included many pictures but if you want one of something specific, please ask before auction ends.

I have an excellent reputation here on eBay and do not wish to compromise it, so please bid in light of all features and issues listed. I’ve provided a lot of description and pictures and all sales are final. If you’re not satisfied with that, don’t bid.

I am going to get it tomorrow guys. Everything is all lined up. I will most likely get it running and keep it for a trail rig. If it is a texas truck with no rust, I don't want to cut it up.
