Are you gonna hold it against me if I take a non-Rover into the shop?

I think unless your busy hand over fist with Land Rovers you would be silly (I like using the word silly) not to take other breeds of autos. If someone came in with a 1988 Pontiac Fiero needing an oil change, would you turn them down?

In this economy how can anyone be too selective and discriminatory these days?

However the crane is pretty kick-friggin-ass!

Relax fellas, don't forget I'm a "Powered Industrial Truck" trainer!

It's a Harnishvegger hydraulic, I think he said it was a 60 ton model.

It'll be engine work we're doing on it, it has a six cylinder in-line air-cooled engine that powers the hydraulics. Both Howard and I have worked on similar engines in the past.

I'm doing it mainly to piss of my neighbor who doesn't like me having the shop here as it will be considered an agricultural machine and she can't say a thing about it as it's allowed under the zoning, even without my special exception.

I expect it to be delivered sometime late this week or early next.

It will be our LOWEST priority.

I turned a couple of jobs down yesterday due to being swamped again.

Engine replacements, crash rebuilds, conversions. Busier than I like to be, stressful!

This machine belongs to an established client who is retired military with a degree in geology. I don't ask folks what they do with their vehicles.

just to make sure Blueboy doesn't get pissed being around other non-Rovers, I keep him covered and off to the corner of the driveway.

even so, he still has to mark his territory with 90wt to make sure one can also smell his presence.

I'd make sure the other Rovers are out of eye sight when you work on it PT.
