Probably how to rebuild them, because their mounts are pretty poosay.

But for real, I don't know. Like I said I'm no expert, I came on here last year asking what I should have them valved at, and everyone told me 400/100, including 2 different Rover companies.

The Fox ones I ordered will be softer than the 400/100, so maybe it'll be nicer.

The only time 400/100 works is when my truck is loaded to the hilt with everything including roof rack tent kayaks and camping gear.

Instead of using the shocks to control body sway I went back to a really nice rear sway bar and lighter valves in the shocks and its so much better you just wouldn't believe.

Well I got the new Fox shocks in, they sure do look nice. Valving is a bit questionable but we'll see how they ride. Went with factory series 11" remotes.
