I've got this stuff called Cherry Bomb. It's made by Zep and does a pretty good job. You could always just leave 'em a little rough and go in to work the next day with "one clean finger" and get a couple high fives from your buddies. :smilelol:
That's the stuff.... I thought it was made by DAP... I was thinking about the Landrover parts place... good stuff, but it smells like one of those cheap air fresheners that you hang from your mirror...

I use Mechanix gloves that I get from Auto Zone when I visit the US when working on heavy parts outside or even when welding (they melt though :)), or surgery gloves when working INSIDE the truck...

To clean, we use washing machine granules ("Tide" brand to be precise), they work GREAT.

I've recently learned that if one puts a coupla quirts of fastorange or whatever on top of a bar of ivory soap, it works wonderfully for cleaning your hands and not leaving them red and sore. After the third of fourth time of adding the pumice hand cleaner to the bar of Ivory, the Ivory gets like Lava and works so well I rarely even have to use the brush.

I use a three step process.
Barrier Cream before working
Lava hand cleaner after
Then dish soap to get the hand cleaner smell off (Amway LOC works best for this actually)
