Steve, but there is plenty of good fuel-injected engines from Detroit to pick from, so you can enjoy a clean (emissions-wise) and legal ride, without ever sticking your ear out of the truck listening for sound of detonation and other perks of carburetted engines.
I am pretty sure an LS-series engine, complete with sensors, ECU, and wiring harness, is cheaper than off-the-shelf Rover short block. Using a 350 is a sure sign of a cheap ass.

I'm afraid that's just entirely too logical. It therefore must not be cool.

I honestly cannot think of any kind of "expedition" I'd ever take with ANYTHING made by Chevy. Maybe an expedition to the track with a 'Vette. :cool:
