The HEI is very tight but with a little grinding on a couple of brackets and you're set. I don't know if it will fit a non-serpintine engine. As for the module, It's identical to a Duraspark. I think he figured out the wires and went with it. I figured it was worth it to me to pay for his R&D to get it right.

i also have done the hei thing but it was more grinding than your mentionning i would say a good 2 hours but well worth it. You can get them from summit racing for 94$.
