I was born in 1969 and I'm trying to figure out what kind of gun I can't buy now that I could buy then. Holy hell - It's easier now than ever to own whatever you want. So what am I missing here? Is this not a gun? Can I not buy this, have it shipped to my house, finish the receiver, put it together and have a gun? My neighbor got one from this place delivered to his home. It is a gun now. Bullets come out of it very fast.
