What I find interesting is that you and the others want to physically harm someone because:
A) You will teach them a lesson
B) It makes you feel good
I fail to find how either of these are going to set an example to other criminals, it only worked on this one criminal, and you put yourself at tremendous risk both physically and financially.
What if you had ran this guy down and then hit him with one punch and killed him, shit like that can happen. Your ass would be getting sued, thats whats up.
Or what if this guy is the vengeful type, what if he is a low life with nothing to loose and he decides he is going to settle up from 100 yards away.
The issue I have is that people like yourself react violently to non violent situations, I do not understand that. Also, you are so satisfied with a decision, which I think was stupid, that you came on here and started bragging about it. Let the police and legal system hand down the punishment that is their purpose.
C: The bugger deserved it.
Sometimes, if you want to get a point across to a person, you have to explain that they aren't the only one you can access for further violence in order to make sure they won't be back.
Sometimes, a beating is enough. Sometimes, terror is enough.
The police aren't always worth calling, depending on where you live. I've got better things to do than to put a criminal through a revolving door.
Now, I might not chase someone down, but if I get to you in mid-crime, your ass is entirely mine until I become bored with causing pain and suffering, or until you get the better of me. You will be lucky if that's all that happens, as I can be notably evil if I'm in the right mood.
Now, if he had got to that bugger as his car was being disturbed, I see no reason not to teach the criminal a lesson. Chasing him was a bit much, but it isn't like he risked
my ass by doing it. No worries.
You want to go chase criminals around your city, go right ahead. I won't stop you, nor will I report you. Come to think of it, feel free to do it in my city as well. It's not like the police are doing anything around here.
Personally, I don't chase people into the night. Bad idea, in my opinion, as there is a high potential for ambush. Most people run
from, but many successful assholes know it's better at times to run
to, depending on who they are running
from. I know
I know the difference, anyway, and I'm not about to let someone pull my own tricks on me.
