Assuming its a tdi, you might have trouble as it doesn't meet the specs laid down by LR for the 95 MY.
You'll also have to change the speedo.
good luck

Hmmm..the only CKD I've seen here was indeed a new one, but titled as a IIa 109. OR Series III maybe. Even a CKD I don't see how it could be legally titled. Unless somehow they are classed as a kit car.DennyDoler said:Check out this link New CKD and go to the bottom. I've seen these trucks and they are as they say Brand New.
supersquid said:Quick FYI I have over 3 year experence in the fun world of internal trade and have talked to some import experts. This is no big deal and most of the stuff you have heard is false. I can bring them in all day and work the title issue's out on the stat level. I live in KY and if you have ever seen some of the crap with a title on our roads you will think the same way I do. So if I bring a couple in and title them who wants one???
No doubt. That's why I'm, shall we say, skeptical.DennyDoler said:That's probably cheaper than they would sell them for if they did import them to the US.
DennyDoler said:I don't know how they get around the laws but the trucks are very nice and no I have no connection to these people. My wife spotted this one on the way to my grandparents house in Thomasville, Georgia.
If it is legit and I was in the market for one I would definitly pay 55k for a new 110 that wasn't cobbled up or a "67' 109" . That's probably cheaper than they would sell them for if they did import them to the US.
