Thats cool starting young is great...

I guess the question will change to will you wheel your Rover?

It came across that the main point of your Rover was looks... Please say it aint so... These vehicles are more capable out of the box than any other IMHO...

It will look lifted... I hav a buddy with the same set up on his 95 and it looks pretty sweet... The tires he has are the same as mine Nanking MudStars 245/75-16...
You can tell it is lifted... esp since when he bought it all of the springs had almost 2" of sag...

Wow, I guess I've been gone a while. When did you learn to leave that second "g" off of the word rig?
Never mind, gerunds didn't miss their opportunity to lose their "gs," either.

Both of these were posted the same day.

What the F did you do in less than a day(22 minutes) to decide that BFGs are garbage?

stop jerkin off to my posts, what time I posted.troll. Peter, this is coming at you too, whats with the hard on for me? Time of the month for ya?

don't you have something to go fix on your truck? jeez

I own the BFG KMs.. I wouldnt buy the bfg KMs again. If I were gonna do another conventional tread type tire I'd buy more maxxis. I'm ready to try a quieter MT lets see how much I'm givin up in traction by going Toyo. I can always come back to maxxis, its old school and it works.

Whatever you do, try to not hate me for trying out a tire you clearly havent owned, yet, or dont have it in your budget to afford, yet.

yes there are pep boys there are kumhos there are bfgs and toyos, ride what you want; if you think your hercules is as bad assed as something costing twice more then power to ya

I've got a 2" lift and running 265/75 - 16's and have had no problems.

2" lift and 265's were 2 years ago for me...I liked the Maxxis 265s so much I tried their 255/85s, but felt for extreme spots it was more sidewall than I wanted; alot of guy slike the 255 size, it offers better traction for sure but the ability to compress when all the trucks weight is on one wheel is greater too, so 255 vs 285/75 becomes a bit of preference, without wheel spacers the loss of turning radius with 285 is notable IMHO

Maybe you can not be such a tard. I am legitimately confused about your posts b/c you say BFG is shit then say oh I will spend my hard earned money on maxxis or KM2s but also refer to BFGs in general not specifying a tire so the shit talking and saying you'll buy them is confusing.

I own KM2s. I will piss on your budget. F off. I know you take shit from a lot of people but not everybody is out to get you.

I give more shit than I take,so beware the sharp tip of my quill, I am markedly nicer in person, or so I am told...I am not here for any other reason than to discuss wheelin and having fun, so the attack thats aimed personally citing my times of posts and alleged confusion are ineffective with me, and, silly.

I'm not discussing it to chew fat, I actually was in the process of making a buying choice..Ya know I dont know why everyone rants and raves about the BFGs, I tried them I wasnt that impressed, I felt for less money I could get a better tire, while I see how its nice to have Costco and Sears carry them.

I am eager to try the Km2, but more than one poster on this and other forums comments they are loudish on pavement. I'm not confused, and you shouldnt be too,
I am sure the KM2 is an awesome tire, but a meaty lugged tire roar is what I am trying to avoid this round, if tractions proves poor, you can bet I'd buy the Km2 next to try it before going back to my trusty Maxxis Bighorn type tread, alot like the rest. The Vatiiva's did catch my eye even tho I prefer a E range tire for cross country trips when heavily laden and towing

I came awefully close to buying the KM2 myself, just yesterday- but after taking money out of the picture, a siped treadblock may bend better on pavement and they way the Toyo is siped makes sense.

I really did like the Maxxis alot. just wanting to see what the new fangled tire technology buys -if anything

Gem, you're The King of jerk-offs.

Since you haven't tires other than KMs, all you do is regurgitate someone else's opinions. "I trust these tires, I don't trust these tires" - what a shmuck.

Just get your fucking tires and be done with it. You've wasted more money in comparable "research" and posting time than the set of tires' worth (definitely more than the difference in prices of the tire sets).

Since I know - no, I assume according to your words, - that you're getting Toyos, I'd love to learn about your experience. Three years from now.

You'll love the traction, but not the roar. Also, they have a hard time balancing the set on my pickup.
