If you could swap all the electronics over to a DII and simplify the whole thing I would build one. I like everything except the sound of a Huey going down everytime you get in and start it up.

when mine beeps for a few minutes everytime I start it I always think "R2 fire up the converters!" opps my geek is showing.

Jjustin what did you do about driveshafts? is this the one that had a DC front already in it?

305/70/16's with your 4.5 disco springs. Its an old pic. No triming other than front bumper. Shimed the front axle forward. Back tires to hit rear mufflers during compression

When is all this stuff going to be available for general public purchase? I am going to be picking up a P38 in the next couple weeks and would like to get the lift components you used above as I plan on running 32/33s. Is there any possibility of utilizing the factory air suspension to achieve lift or do I pretty much need to go with coils?

The part are coming out soon.
The coil kit is ready just working on the shocks at this point.

I would not recommend trying to do 32s -33s on air bags. If they fail you will not be able to move the truck

Project alternative

We had a D2 in the shop with a set of 32s on it and took this opportunity to see what the new Terrafirma lift would look like with a more realistic tire choice.

The truck look balanced on the 32s and this will probably be the best size after we add all the armor

Stuffing the front with the 32s does not remove sheet metal
