7 months of snow, there is some wheeling. Eden Prarie has a decent Rover dealership, west side of the metro. Housing is or at least was very expensive.

  Especially because the Twin Cities are notoriously homo-tolerant. The Sunday paper even has it's own section dedicated to the "alternative lifestyle".

My sister and brother-in-law lived there about 15 years ago. Cold, cold and more cold but overall a nice area.

Thanks for enlightening us on your alternative lifestyle choice! :p
If you really think about it that means more girls for non turd burgle folks.
I worked on The Artist Formerly Known As Prince's house. He parks on the lawn right in front of the door cuz he is too lazy to walk. Priceless!
Oh ya Thom is right on but when I was there Uptown was well on its way to AltLiving.

I used to travel to the twin cities on business when I was back in the midwest. I really liked it up there. If I had to move back to the midwest, I'd go to the twin cities. Compared to Chicago, the people are generally happy people. Chicago is filled with angry fuckers.

It has all of the benefits of living in Wisconsin (hunting, fishing, any outdoor activities), but doesn't have the backward ways of Wisconsin. The twin cities are fairly up to date.
