Hello all,
So here is my problem. I am renewing the bushings in the front end of my 99 D1. I got the nuts off no problem, but for the life of me the bolts will not come out. They spin, they just wont pull out. I have destroyed the bolt from bashing on it, trying to get it out. I think what is holding it from budging even a millimeter is the Blue Poly Bushings. I wish I new about those before I bought them. But you would think that it would come out but it aint moving. So, for someone with just hand tools, no power tools at all, what would you do next? I've tried prying on the end of the bolt while spinning it, nothing is working. Maybe a heavier hammer???:banghead:
Let me know...
Thanks,
Jeremy
