I was once told that my shop is like that greasy spoon diner where you wouldn't dare touch the underside of the table, but the food is fantastic!
$100/hr. By the time you include R&R, flushing the cooler, realizing universal joints/rotoflex, new filter, ATF, etc, etc, etc, it adds up. But, that's doing it the way I'd do it for my truck and not cutting corners by not replacing the filter, flushing the coolers, etc.
I think it's kinda like taking your L322/4.4 to Jiffy Lube, then bringing it to me and my telling you they stripped the drain plug, broke the oil filter mounting points and didn't see the collapsed crankcase vent lines.
