RRC or D1 cat back flowmaster welded exhaust. Very rugged & sounds great.

EDIT : no longer for sale. Sorry.

I assume this will fit a D1 but it's on my RRC currently. Sounds great, in excellent shape but will need to be cut for shipping (it's welded one piece now.)

I have a magnaflow stainless system and custom rear side exit tailpipe I will be installing when I do the manifold gaskets so I figured I'd toss this system up for *possible sale?

Not giving it away ;) as its nice and being Maine stock exhausts don't last so I'll keep this as spare for another project - unless someone wants it for $350 SHIPPED? Is that fair, not really sure on value?

Will trade for many many things. Try me. :)

I always thought "cat back" exhaust included the y pipe? As in "everything from the cats back" Maybe it means different things in different places.

No, cat back is the correct term here.

True but in most instances; the cats are a part of an assembly that is constructed with the y pipe. So the proper explanation would be "cat section back". Can't say I have ever seen it any other way.

BTW this exhaust system does sound really great, its been custom bent and tucked out of the way of the axle and all, no drone while cruising, sounds nice but not obnoxious, etc.

Axle-back = called "back box" in UK, includes the rear section only
Cat-back = from the flange downstream the primary (in LR case, the y-pipe) back
Mid-pipe = pipe between the cat section, and the axle-back
Manifold-back = from the manifolds/headers back, including the cat sections (y-pipe)
Head-back = the whole kit from the exhaust flanges on out (not commonly sold in the LR market, but they do exist elsewhere)

I am interested in the exhaust, any pics?

Sorry all - keeping it. I really like the sound and given that I need other things more I am going to run it for now. For what it's worth it probably is the nicest sounding one I've heard - like Joel said it sounds nice without being loud at all or droning at highway speeds like so many do.

No. New ones suck, they take forever to break in. In high school we used to have to shoot water up the tailpipe every day for a month before they started to sound good
